Early-Bird Registration has been extended from October 15th to October 30th

Due to the delay in printing the Youth Rally Brochures,
Early-Bird Registration has been extended from October 15th to October 30th.
This extension only applies to the Early-Bird Registration, all the other deadlines will remain the same.
